On 21st June, 1995, Madison A Edson got patent over “Fishing Lure”. This patent was granted to him by USPTO, with registration number US2711048. Today, on 21st June, 2018, we are honouring this invention by making “Fishing Lure” our “Today’s Patent”. One of the objects of this invention was to provide a lure, which gave a wide variety of actions depending on the conditions under which it is used, and was highly suitable for surface or underwater use.
